The biggest benefit will be the time you save!  You can “outsource” those nagging chores—whether they are at home or in the office—so that you have time to focus on what is most important to you.  There is a peace of mind that comes with knowing you’ve got one less thing to take care of.

Q: Why should I use a concierge service when there are a variety of delivery apps available to me, or when stores have their own delivery services?

A concierge service like Sotto Voce offers unique benefits that store delivery and online apps do not.  For instance, when you hire me to do your grocery shopping—you are getting the benefit of my 27-years of experience as a homemaker.  I can make sure you are getting the freshest produce available; it will not sit on a delivery truck making rounds through the neighborhood.  Deliveries are store-to-door, always.  Our consultation and intake forms are thorough and detailed so that your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Q: How does Sotto Voce Concierge Services work?

Once you contact us, we offer a free phone consultation to assess your needs and guide you to the services most appropriate for you.  Need only a little bit of help?  A 4-hour package might be just what you need.  Need a lot of help?  Are you looking for your own personal “chief of staff?”  Monthly memberships are available.  Listening to your needs and concerns allows me to find out how I can best serve you.  Please know that all personal assistant and household management service hours must be booked 48 hours in advance; all event and office services must be booked 1 week in advance.

Q: What’s the difference between a package and a membership?

Packages can be used across a six-month period.  

Membership hours must be used within one month.  A commitment of three months is required for a membership. Members receive priority booking, extended hours of service, and additional amenities.

Q: When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of purchase for all hourly and package services.

Memberships are billed at the first of every month.

Q: What types of payment does Sotto Voce Concierge accept?

We accept checks, credit cards and PayPal.

Q: Are services confidential?

Yes!  Sotto Voce Concierge values your privacy.  Our website is secured, so all transactions are encrypted.  Your information will not be shared or sold to any third party.  The number of hours you purchase, as well as the types of services you purchase, will not be shared or sold to anyone.  All service records are kept confidential and are used only for the purposes of record-keeping, billing, and review of offerings.

Yes, Sotto Voce Concierge is both insured and bonded.

Q: Why is the word “gifts” in your URL?

Sotto Voce Concierge has a specialization in gift purchasing.  When you are totally stuck on gift ideas, we can help you decide on the perfect present.  We can do the shopping, as well as  create a personalized, one-of-a-kind gift basket for you friend, co-worker, client or loved one.
